If you receive this error, as when installing the upgrade copy of Vista Home Premium as a small window on a bad installation file copy may have upgraded the hard drive. I had a Windows XP Pro has called repeatedly, all sorts of weird hardware during installation, I knew that the new album I bought was bad, but it took 16 hours talks with Microsoft to help them decide for themselves, it is free and replace the new copy worked perfectly. If the operating system asks the time of installation, and then scans your computer for installed hardware and that the design of any device on your computer as one of these devices, or the fact that one of these requires is to function properly.

An MPEG encoder in real time, the Council is essentially an analog video capture card to different external devices to your computer to download audio / video files on your computer for editing and burning. Here is a link to a desktop version of the Council for the companies, even if I sUre can be found far cheaper for domestic use. Here is a link with a decent technical description. http://www.aidinc.com/news/031203_canopu ...

I doubt the problem is the processor. When sound and picture are not synchronized, the problem may be in the video RAM (not the system RAM), sound card, or the application that you use to play. The first thing is to check the codecs for software update. The second thing is to check that your sound card has the latest drivers. Finally, make sure you have enough video memory.
