How does a 15 year old gain muscle for football? - 15 year oldmale models picture

I am 15 years old, 5'10 and 140 Gained in trying to muscles for your success this year. I was lifing won by 4 months with my team and have 12 of the ponds. I'm happy for any kind of supplement or something. Any reccomendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Stir-quality whey protein to 1% 30 minutes after the workout. That should give you maximum results. Honestly, I can bench press pack on the muscle, the better. Try different kinds of push-ups, as shown here: http://alwaysbelieve1.wordpress.com/2007 ...
For legs, try squats with a bar, not only 3 sets of 8-10 reps. If you do not do more, you're not with enough weight, gain muscle and not their true potential. Finally, drink lots of milk and eat beans, chicken and peanut butter.

Perhaps the side of my pyramid of government and make sure you eat a balanced diet. But for an athlete needs to take in carbohydrates and protein, such as the proposed site. If you really want and have an accuracy of about $ 60, you can get something for the good protein, but it is better to have a balanced diet of protein and only upon such grounds. I would not have time or money to more protein drinks, which you can then just shoot the right so get spent $ 60 more for the toilet.

Some Biggies are proteins, carbohydrates and calories.
CE2 are some good supplements (creatine) NO2 (nitric oxide) mixture of protein, you need to take an average of 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight. You should see the first results very well in 2-3 weeks
