Please just go to aspirin! I had a kidney / pancreas and after the surgery TAKE NO aspirin or tell a product with aspirin. My cardiologist has me on baby aspirin 81 mg per day and the transplant team, which allows benefits outway risks. Is said not to take aspirin after the transplant, because it might harm my renal afraid to hear from me enough. You should consult your doctor as soon as possible, the swelling of the feet and back, etc ... Go.

Aspirin can on the kidneys, like any med that are overfished hard. All medicines interact mainly occur in the liver or kidneys. You need somewhere addressed.

Sodium Alka Seltzer can be more guilty. Salt = sodium. Too much salt makes you retain water. (Swelling of the ankles can be caused by it). But not only.

Going to the doctor. Perhaps you have a kidney infection.
