I live in a Mattamy home, and this house is the house! SH fragments have never set foot on

- The acoustics suck: everything you hear your neighbors do and say on the street with all the windows closed and doors.
- The bedroom has no closet, but is limited to space # 2 connected by a door.
- Bedroom # 3, and # 4 with a walk that must be shared by two rooms connected.
- The door to the garage, the main entrance of the bathroom floor and the basement door open to all in the same room.
- The front door opens into the lobby and enter just enough room for one person and the shoes at the time.
- When it rains, it seems that the water will hit the roof over the room.
- If it's windy, that someone like dragging a large wooden sounds in the attic.
- The interior walls sound like they were thin as paper. You can hear someone say that everything is in the next room, where you and your normal voice from within.

Juthe house is only 5 years. Is this common with other houses?
